Job Description
This is a new, corporate position due to the growth of the company (several hundred million in annual sales and growing). The company is engaged in the manufacturing and marketing of both branded and private label products sold throughout the world -- non-woven products primarily. There is a need for a technical, spearheading type role within Quality to best serve the interests and protection of the customers and the needs of the business. The Product Quality Manager provides organizational leadership through leading the company's Consumer/Customer Care Team function and drives internal improvement. This role is responsible for all product and customer support after the point of sale. This individual will be responsible for communicating internally and externally to address issues and drive achivement of the companies Quality Mission Statement. The Product Qualtiy Manager report directly to to the Director of Quality and works along side a cross-functional peer group of five professionals. Responsibilities will involve four main domestic locations. 50% focus will be on Customer/COnsumer interacation; 50% focus will be on Championing quality issues and help build internal systems.

NOTES: Employer will assist with relocation costs.
Additional Salary Information: Bonus will be additional compensation

Requirements
Bachelors in Chemistry or a complimentary technical area of study, five or more years experience in the quality and continous improvement arena, must display technical savvy, having the abiltiy to think through complex scenarios and be part of recommendations and appropriate responses by the company in a variety of customer/product situations, solid program/project management skills, good communication & influencing skills to navigate and accomplish results in a de-centrialized/matrix/multi-site organization, must be based in the Sheboygan/north Milwaukee/Green Bay Wisconsin corridor. Travel is 10 - 25%
