Job Description
This position is responsible for leading, developing and managing a team of quality professionals in a fast paced automotive environment. This individual is also responsible to develop, implement and maintain a quality assurance program to ensure that the final product meets customer requirements and quality standards. In addition, this manager is also responsible for driving problem solving analysis to determine permanent corrective measures. There will also be visits to the customers to maintain good customer relations.

Requirements
• 4 year degree in a related field. • 5-7 years in a Quality Manager position in a fast paced automotive environment • Green belt or Black belt certification • Strong Problem Solving experience and knowledge • Strong statistical abilities balanced with strong communication skills • TS16949 experience • Ability to build customer and employee relationships • Experience in development of quality team members • Experience with rubber is a plus.
