Position will be responsible for leading a culture of quality focused ownership through the implementation of quality improvement programs and best practices across the company. Administers Quality Management Systems in accordance with customer and company requirements. This position will have the ultimate responsibility for the quality performance and objectives supporting key quality indicators for the company. Has the authority and ability to make necessary changes to the quality system and process. Has cross-functional authority throughout the operation for quality improvements. Provides direction to the organization as it pertains to quality requirements in support of targeted industries. Leads the implementation of new policies, standards and procedures required for quality systems. Sponsors quality focused execution of internal processes and measurement systems. Establishes measurements and sets targets for quality improvement initiatives and process effectiveness. Promotes cultural change throughout the organization through specific continuous improvement and quality training and awareness programs to ensure that the quality standards are embedded.

Requirements
Position requires a Bachelors Degree (Master's preferred) and a minimum 5 years experience administering an ISO Quality Management System as well as prior experience administering/leading Lean/Six Sigma initiatives. A minimum 5 years supervisory experience is also required. Excellent communication and organizational skills will be critical to the success of this individual. Any additional certifications (i.e. NQA-1 Lead Auditor, Six Sigma Green/Black Belt) a plus.
