Kaysun Corporation is seeking a dynamic, hands-on Quality Manager that will serve as the primary liaison between Engineering & Manufacturing operations. Primary responsibilities are to ensure compliance with all aspects of TS 16949:2002, ISO 13485:2003, Export Compliance/ITAR, and customer specific standards. Individual must possess solid interpersonal skills and enjoy working with customers on a daily basis to ensure our products and services meet our customer’s quality expectations.

Requirements
A Bachelors degree in Engineering or in a quantitative discipline is required. Must have a minimum of 5 years experience in quality management role. Prior experience in the plastic injection molding industry is strongly preferred. The successful candidate must have experience using statistical techniques & methods and strong problem solving skills. Experience with process validation & verification activities, FMEA & root cause analysis are also required.
