Requires a Bachelor’s Degree (Master’s preferred) from an accredited university in Public or Business Administration, Civil Engineering or related field; 10 years executive level experience in the public sector; and at least 5 years supervisory experience. Equivalent education and experience may be considered. Also requires a valid driver's license and a driving record acceptable to the County of El Paso. Bilingual communications abilities (English/Spanish) are a plus.
