Develops, manages and integrates a comprehensive Performance Improvement Program to achieve unprecedented results in quality, efficiency, safety, satisfaction and value with transparency.
To develop and share best practices; to develop/maintain scorecards for all Service Lines by defining expected outcomes and benchmarks based on Quality, Safety, satisfaction and value; to complete Clinical Assessment, Diagnosis and Treatment for Service Lines. Coordinate and manage hospital wide P.I. activities including survey readiness. Oversight of publicly reported quality initiatives such as Core Measures and Patient Satisfaction.
BS Degree required, ideally in healthcare related field. masters Degree preferred. NJ RN license. Minimum 4-5 years healthcare experience, 1-4 years experience in Performance improvement. Excellent computer skills. Chart review experience. Certified professional in healthcare quality preferred.
