Civil Engineer (Dulles Toll Road and Design Department)
Works under the general supervision of the Design Department Manager.
Dulles Toll Road
Serves as the Airports Authority's principal engineer and focal point for management of planning, design, and construction for the Dulles Toll Road (DTR) Renewal and Replacement (R&R) Program and the DTR Capital Improvements Program (CIP). Performs related functions.
Supports civil engineering design and project and contract management, with a primary focus on Aviation Enterprise Capital Construction Program (CCP) projects, as well as projects under the Aviation Enterprise Capital, Operating, and Maintenance Investment Program (COMIP). Performs related functions.
The Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority operates a two-airport system that provides domestic and international air service for the mid-Atlantic region.
