Under the supervision of the Executive Director of Healthcare Quality and Informatics (HQI), the CHSI Director will oversee the development and management of population surveys, assure quality of data collected, data management and analysis, modeling, grant proposals, research proposals, publication of public health reports based collected data. Specifically, the Director will be responsible for the New Jersey Behavioral Risk Factor Survey, the New Jersey Violent Death Registration System, Vital Events data preparation including geocoding of Vital Events data, standardization of maintained data and the dissemination of statistics in a timely manner.
Health Science Specialist (Director, Health Care Quality Assessment)
Under the supervision of the Executive Director of Healthcare Quality & Informatics (HQI), the Director will oversee multiple programs that involve administrative data collection from healthcare facilities, data management and analysis, statistical modeling and report writing to assess quality of services provided as part of regulatory requirements. The Director will oversee the development of public health research proposals, data collection protocols, data management and analysis, and provide leadership on publications of accurate and timely performance reports.
