The analyst will have responsibility to lead or participate in quality reviews and various other organizational improvement initiatives to identify opportunities for process and data improvement, integrity and quality, and customer service.
The Process Quality Assurance Analyst contributes to the success of Wespath via responsibilities that include, but are not limited to:
Developing and implementing detailed process, financial and quality controls throughout all operations departments/processes and extend throughout the organization as appropriate.
Facilitating process mapping sessions with subject matter experts to create current and future processes
Conducting process reviews to continuously improve efficiency and quality
Monitoring measurement trends to determine if variables are out of control (out of specifications or out of normal occurrence)
Generating ideas to improve efficiencies and quality
Coordinating in-depth fact-finding and complex analysis of existing systems and procedures and recommends methods of improvement
Directing detailed system studies of various functional operations to improve operational efficiency and enhance quality
Identifying inefficiencies in system use and from a control, technique or process viewpoint and proposing changes that may include process redesign and/or system enhancement.
Facilitating problem-solving Work-Out sessions to lead teams to address issues
Establishing Statistical Process Control charts where applicable and train process owners in their proper use
Providing process and measurement expertise to teams to enhance quality of products and services
Coaching operations managers to establish performance measurement systems and goals aligned with organizational objectives
Implementing corrective action plans and verifying solution effectiveness
Documenting tool usage and standard operating procedures
Identifying opportunities for improvement by working with functional and cross-functional business teams to gather data, analyze and develop improvements and innovations using statistical analysis and prepare presentations to communicate project status
Minimum Requirements / Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field
3 years of process design and/or quality review experience preferably in financial services industry
Proven analytical ability, process oriented, root cause analysis experience
Proven ability to design, implement and/or manage quality control processes
Advanced knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office Suite
CQA or other equivalent quality certification
Certified Six Sigma Green Belt
Financial record keeping experience
Strong working knowledge of the Defined Contribution and Defined Benefit industry
Working knowledge of statistical data-mining tools
