We are seeking a talented Regional Sales Manager for the East Coast who will execute our short and long-term sales goals, as well as develop strategies and tactics to drive grown and gain market share for our products and services.
What will you do at BioNex?
Accurately forecast and achieve quota objectives.
Set and manage performance criteria, including pipeline, account penetration and activity levels. Prepare and deliver effective quotes, proposals and presentations
Actively participate in key capital equipment deals, strategy, execution, and building customer and external partner relationships.
Ability to collaborate with the Field Applications and Field Service teams. Build personal credibility and manage customer networks and relationships at Director and VP levels.
Work closely with Marketing, Applications and the proposal team to develop and present a professional solution to the customer
Comply with company policies for safety, regulatory and quality as applicable (e.g. FDA Part 820, ISO 9001, ISO 13845)
Ensure compliance with and implementation of approved corporate directives and required operational activities.
What skills and experience do we need from you?
Proven track record of generating revenue and surpassing sales quotas
Four years of biotech or equivalent sales experience selling capital equipment; sales experience with laboratory automation is preferred
Demonstrated knowledge of lab automation and liquid handling; at least two years’ experience managing sales of large capital equipment in large territories is desired
Ability to successfully work deals involving complex contract negotiations. Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent job experience in Life Sciences) or related discipline required. Graduate degree and/or MBA preferred.
Self-motivated; Ability to work from remote office and to work independently as well as in strategic team settings, multitask and prioritize workload in order to drive and achieve desired objectives
Excellent people skills required with proven record in developing longstanding customer relationships, including experience in field applications strategy and execution as a key part of driving sales.
Experience preferred with FDA 21 CFR 820 Quality System Requirements, ISO 13485 Quality Management Systems, and ISO 14971 Risk Management (Medical Devices)
Candidates must currently reside in the East Coast or mid-Atlantic regions of the US.
Telecommuting is allowed.
