The Account Data Analyst role is designed to maximize Kettering Health’s 340B program compliance, activity and program savings. The role will move to maximize Kettering Health’s 340B program through a combination of data analytics, client satisfaction, pharmacy expansion and client/pharmacy retention, program optimization, reporting, and new product expansion. This strategic position serves as the primary internal and external liaison for all 340B-related matters.
Serve as primary RxStrategies client advocate and data analytic lead on key account
Work in concert with RxS team to develop, update and execute Account Plans incorporating short and long term objectives
Provide Account Analytics, including proactively highlighting monthly visibility into key activities and drivers impacting activity levels, and driving program profitability. Specific details may include primary data analyst lead on
Monthly reporting by location
Top provider analysis
Top product analysis
Database structure to support.
Collaborate with Account Management, RxS leadership, Pharmacy support team, and other internal business partners to proactively identify and service any emerging program issues or opportunities; and take on-site lead in resolving and preventing complex issues
Memorialize all client related interactions (i.e., meeting agenda, minutes, project plans, etc.)
Maintain regular communication with client contacts
Keep current on regulatory activities as they relate to 340B; monitor programs for compliance
Manage client expectations, service commitments and anticipate needs
Build and grow client relationships to solidify consultative service partnership
Understand client specific data and emerging trends, and articulate to client how our services might further drive savings in additional areas
Undertake all other reasonable duties as required by the Executive Team.
Make certain the timelines of project implementation
Provide support by researching issues
Solve and provide timely and accurate resolution of system issues
Contact pharmacies to resolve point-of-sale issues

Minimum Position Qualifications
Bachelor degree preferred; will consider equivalent combination of education and experience
An intelligent and articulate individual who can relate to people at all levels of an organization and possesses excellent communication skills
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and industry related software programs.
Expert Excel skills, including strong Pivot Table skills
Database knowledge , including Access and SQL preferred
Critical thinking and problem solving skills
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Performing quality assurance
Defining reporting and alerting requirements
A well-organized and self-directed individual who is able to work with minimal amount of direction
Candidate must be a self-starter, solving issues before they come to the attention of a client
Capability to efficiently complete tasks in a fast-paced environment
Strong experience in user testing and project management
Ability to work with peers in a team effort
Highly organized with the ability to adapt to challenging priorities
Experience preparing and interpreting reports
Ability to work extended hours, weekends and holidays pursuant with industry demands
2-3 years in Business / Systems Analysis or Quality Assurance
Ability to travel to clients, pharmacies, and other meetings required.
