Arizona Center for Cancer Care, one of the largest multi-specialty oncology practices in Arizona, has an opportunity for an ambitious Clinical Research Coordinator to join its dynamic Division of Oncology. This lead position identifies, develops, organizes, and implements all clinical research activities in conjunction with Principal Investigators.
Ensures the quality of CRFs, collects and maintains source documentation, and assists in the development of necessary databases needed for data collection.
Facilitates proper storage for all investigational products and maintains accurate drug accountability.
Completes necessary data entry, study logs, and reports for submission to the IRB, sponsors and other reporting agencies.
Maintains all regulatory requirements.
Collects, processes, and prepares study specimens for shipment.
Adheres to policies and procedures related to research participants and study protocols.
Facilitates research contracts, budgets, and project management.
Must be ACRP (CCRC) or SoCRA (CCRP) certified.
More than two years of experience as a Clinical Research Coordinator.
Must possess a current Driver’s License.
Must be knowledgeable of the basic principles of Good Clinical Practice including a basic knowledge and understanding of the laws, regulations, ICH/GCP guidelines, and ethical principles that guide the practice of clinical research.
Must have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Must have strong computer skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Must be capable of critical thinking and have the ability to work independently.
Must possess pronounced attention to detail, along with the ability to multi-task, problem solve, and prioritize in a busy clinical environment.
Requires exceptional project management skills and the ability to read, write, and speak effectively in English.
