DEGREE AND AREA OF SPECIALIZATION: MD, MD/PhD or equivalent, Medicine
MINIMUM NUMBER OF YEARS AND TYPE OF RELEVANT WORK EXPERIENCE: Substantial background and experience in administrative leadership, clinical care, teaching and research, including training programs for the full continuum of medicine learners, and a strong academic background that would qualify for appointment as a tenured professor at the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
LICENSE OR CERTIFICATE: Board Certified or Board Eligible; eligible for Wisconsin Medical License
