(Client Support and Relationship Building) - Support client through fostering of Clinical Risk Management relationships and technical support
(Subject Matter Expert) - Provide technical expertise to both clients and account teams; speak at industry events; write white papers and develop seminars for clients.
(Business Development Activity) - Proactively support new business teams through the dissemination of information including matters such as developing industry trends as well as connecting with industry contacts who have emerging business development intelligence.
Provide clinical risk management education and consulting services for clients
Provide content for new and ongoing CRM informational products and services
Perform CRM education seminars on a regular basis
Provide CRM consultations for insureds as needed
Identify ways to leverage risk expertise & industry knowledge to provide a marketing advantage
Assist in the development of new and maintaining existing business by engaging with customers and associates
Develop relationships that will strengthen ties with customers or prospects
Organize, plan and execute on-site (or phone) reviews of customers / prospects
Bachelor’s Degree required, Master’s preferred
Three plus years risk management
Excellent planning, organizational, time management, and prioritization skills
Strong analytical skills
Willingness to travel approx. 30%,
Excellent grammar and writing skills, with an attention to detail
Demonstrated technical ability to work with Microsoft Office Suite and other software applications
Strong commitment to customer service
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a collaborative team environment
Certified Professional in Healthcare Risk Management (CPHRM), Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ), Associate in Risk Management (ARM), Enterprise Risk Management Certification or other related certification preferred
