This role supports our organization by representing our brand identity through online and print design. It will entail working with internal clients to gather requirements, pitch creative concepts and execute design work within deadlines.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Design layouts for print and web including logos, websites, brochures, magazines, direct mail, advertisements, posters and exhibitor booths
Work with internal professionals to design customized deliverables and production materials, including new graphical elements that visually capture a given message
Produce final products on time and within budget
Support, uphold and strives to innovate within brand standard guidelines
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Landscape Architecture or related field preferred
3-5 years graphic design experience (corporate environment preferred)
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products and Graphic Design software in both MAC and Windows environment.
Understanding of the business needs and a passion to inspire design and ideas in a team environment
Proven ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Must be self-motivated and detail-oriented with the ability for teaching others
Strong oral and written communication skills with a positive attitude
Must have a high level of accuracy and attention to detail (design, grammar, proofreading)
CADD capabilities a plus, but not required
