Excellent opportunity for engineering students! Student will be mentored by an experienced PE and experienced engineering staff. Civil engineering students (or related engineering major) that are sophomores or above are encouraged to apply. The Public Works Engineering Intern position starts May and works through August. Prospective intern to be an established student (sophomore standing at a minimum) enrolled in an Engineering or closely related Engineering major, preferred.
- Intern will be working up to 40 hours per week during the months of May through August. Start and end dates to coincide with school schedule if feasible.
* Valid driver's license or the ability to obtain one prior to the internship.
*Good driving record.
*Use of personal vehicle may be required occasionally.
*Seasonal employees working in the field are required to wear ankle high safety toe boots.
*Must be dependable and able to report to work on time.
