Responsible for the strategy, oversight and development of quality, performance improvement, patient experience, comprehensive safety, risk, and infection control programs and overseeing regulatory affairs for all facilities within the Liberty Hospital system. Collaborates with the executive team, clinical directors and managers, nurses, and physicians to develop and implement standardized policies and procedures for regulatory compliance, evidence-based care, and standards of practice.
Required Education/Training: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or healthcare related field Required Experience: Five (5) years' leadership experience in healthcare quality within a Joint Commission-accredited acute care hospital setting; Demonstrated experience in facilitating interdisciplinary teams as well as strong communication and personnel management skills; Deep knowledge of healthcare data gathering, analysis and interpretation. Experience with Stroke, STEMI, and Trauma Programs as well as Risk Management.
Preferred Education/Training: BSN; Master's degree; Black/Green Belt in Six Sigma Preferred Licensure/Certification/Registration: RN licensure with the ability to work in the state of Missouri; CPHQ Certification by the National Association for Healthcare Quality (NAHQ)
