The Executive CNO's Office is recruiting for an Associate Program Manager to work with Nursing Research. The individual in this role will be supporting nurses who are the customers with research goals to produce evidence-based practice through:
Workshops which teach nurses how to do research. This person will do all planning and logistics for the workshops.
Act as a point person to help nurses get posters made, do library searches, resourcing assistance, data entry, pulling reports from databases, etc.
Works with nurses to support them as they initiate a study and conduct it to contribute to the professional nursing practice and evidence-based body of knowledge.
This is an hourly position and is a Job Grade 28. This position reports to the Director, Nursing Professional Practice and Magnet. We prefer internal VUMC candidates who have the following characteristics:
