Albert Einstein College of Medicine/Montefiore Medical Center in Bronx, NY is expanding its clinical program in diabetes, obesity and metabolism and seeks to add highly qualified endocrinologists for an academic position in the clinician educator track. Responsibilities include clinical care in the endocrinology/diabetes faculty practice, supervision of fellows in the in-patient consult service and teaching clinics and participation in the educational and quality improvement activities of the division. There are also opportunities to participate in clinical research and medical student teaching.
Completion of a ACGME approved endocrinology fellowship program and board certification in endocrinology (or board eligible for recent grads). Candidates with an interest in diabetes and/or obesity are especially encouraged to apply.
