Direct the facility-wide Risk Management Programs and Compliance with regulatory agencies and insurance companies, which includes oversight of Accreditation and Credentialing Activities. This position requires a high degree of independent judgment and initiative, ability to work on a variety of projects concurrently, and to handle a diversified workload while consistently meeting deadlines. Duties are highly confidential and of a complex nature. Must demonstrate ability to deal with crisis situations which require prompt decision and action.
Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing/Social Work field required. Master's degree in health information management, nursing/social work, or related field preferred. Five plus years’ Risk Management experience required, behavioral health setting preferred. Experience with TJC accreditation and regulatory audits preferred.
