Tallahassee Memorial Healthcare (TMH) is seeking an experienced IRB Manager to join our expanding organization.
This position manages the administrative and business processes of the Institutional Review Board (IRB) in support of complex research protocols to include planning, interpreting and coordinating procedural activities within the overall scope of relevant federal regulations for research involving human subjects at Tallahassee Memorial HealthCare, Inc. (TMH).
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, public health, or a related field required. Master’s degree in business administration, public health, or a related field preferred.
Three (3) years of direct IRB regulatory experience or seven (7) years of clinical research experience managing research studies. This includes experience with internal and external review agencies, experience in regulatory oversight processes (including experience with review boards), or a combination of experience sufficient to analyze, understand, and interpret complex policies and federal regulations governing human subjects.
Human Resources (HR) may substitute post-graduate education in business administration, public health, or a related field for the required experience on a 1-year:1-year basis.
