Risk Managers Legal, Risk & Privacy Department You will develop, implement, and coordinate risk management activities, policies and procedure for Memorial Healthcare System to ensure patient safety, employee safety and quality of care.
Graduate of an accredited healthcare or business related program.
Successfully complete State approved Risk Management coursework within 18 months of hire.
Minimum 2 years of Clinical Nursing/Risk Management experience.
Must be able to identify issues, conduct investigations and work collaboratively toward resolution.
Critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work in a fast paced environment are also essential.
