Student Health Services at the University of South Florida Morsani College of Medicine, Tampa is seeking a physician who is Board Certified/Eligible in a Primary Care Specialty for a full-time Clinical Faculty position at the Assistant Professor rank.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing health care to the USF student population. As a clinical teaching faculty, the chosen candidate will be expected to participate in departmental teaching programs involving medical students, housestaff and fellows.

Teaching Duties: Clinical assignment may involve work with medical students, residents and other learners.
Clinical Duties: The position includes the management of patients in the outpatient setting at Student Health Services on the USF campus.
Other duties as assigned.
Responsible to a Chair or other appropriate higher-level administrator of a State university. Responsible for teaching, research, service, and related administrative activities. Responsible for academic advising and related activities. May represent the university, college/school, or department/unit on university and/or Statewide committees.

Doctoral degree from an accredited institution or the highest degree appropriate in the field of specialization with a demonstrated record of achievement in teaching, academic research, and service. Must meet university criteria for appointment to the rank of Assistant Professor.
Must hold or be eligible for a full unrestricted Florida medical license.
Must have successfully completed an Emergency Medicine, Family Medicine, Internal Medicine or Pediatric Residency Program and be Board Certified/Board Eligible in Emergency Medicine, Family Medicine, Internal Medicine or Pediatrics.
