The Program Manager will work closely with directors, managers, and frontline staff to ensure infection control expectations are exceeded. Specific responsibilities include management of Infection Prevention & Control regulatory requirements, monitoring and auditing of areas performing high-level disinfection (HLD) and sterilization and implementation of infection prevention and control practices in ambulatory care network.
Certified Infection Control (CIC) credentials
Master’s Degree in Public Health/Hospital Administration
Minimum of 5 years of recent experience in clinical setting/infection control
Good interpersonal skills; good oral and written communication skills
