The start date for this position is September 1, 2020.
Provide supervision to graduate students and other research assistants in support of evaluation and research activities. Support evaluation activities of the Director of Program Development, Monitoring and Evaluation: participate in program and departmental meetings, liaise with project directors, perform routine social/behavioral science research, and data management activities and procedures.
Conduct/supervise systematic literature reviews
Implement routine data collection procedures
Perform a variety of routine data management procedures
Perform advanced quantitative data analysis
Perform advanced qualitative data analysis
Maintain center records, reports and files as required
Attend meetings as required
Perform other similar and related duties as required or directed
Mandatory advanced proficiency in Office Suites
Research Activities and Projects:
Juvenile Court Clinic
High Conflict Parenting
Data Entry, Clean up, and analysis
Evaluate Quantitative data quality
Assess accuracy of Coded qualitative data
Data Analysis – using SPSS, EXCEL, And/or R
Report Writing and Editing
Experience with Report Writing for Federal and State Grants and Contracts
Ability to mentor graduate students with the design, drafting and completion of evaluation reports.
Bachelors required with at least 2 years’ experience
Masters in Applied Social Science Research, Organizational Psychology, Data Science or Public Health preferred
Must be diligent, detail oriented and logical
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Knowledge of social/behavioral science research methods, principles, ethics
Knowledge of any of the following is helpful: program monitoring and evaluation, health and human services, and public health systems.
Experience using quantitative data analysis software helpful (e.g., SPSS)
Experience with the qualitative data analysis (e.g., NVIVO, ETHNOGRAPH)
Experience using reference manager software (e.g., EndNote)
Excellent organizational skills including ability to prioritize
Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
