Qualifications Include: - At least eight years of data analysis experience
- At least eight years of experience working with MS Excel
- At least five years of health care related analytical consulting experience
- A bachelor’s degree or four years of experience in a directly related field with a high school diploma or GED
- Senior project management experience with HEDIS HP project management from NCQA application to HEDIS external audit to HEDIS submission
- Experience with analytical manipulation and interpretation of multiple large databases or data warehouses
- Proven leadership in consulting and successful project management
- The ability to exhibit efficiency, collaboration, candor, openness, and be results oriented
- Exceptional analytic and critical thinking skills, writing skills, communication skills, consulting skills, and the ability to work within a team
- The ability to express complex analytical and technical information to senior management or to audiences with clinical training
- An independent self-starter with familiarity with HEDIS
- Broad familiarity with medical practices, especially population care management and process and outcomes measurement
- The ability to work in a Labor/Management Partnership environment
Preferred Qualifications Include: - At least three years of project management experience preferred
- At least three years of experience in a leadership position preferred
- Experience in producing or auditing HEDIS is strongly preferred
- Experience with Medicaid reporting and Medicaid HEDIS submissions preferred
- A master’s degree in economics, finance, health care administration, public health administration, statistics, mathematics, operations research, or a related field preferred
- Microsoft Access knowledge/skills strongly preferred
- Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Project skills preferred
