Under the direction of the Director, Patient Access the Quality Assurance Trainer is the teacher, resource and change agent for the registration department. The Quality Assurance Trainer is responsible for the assessment, planning, development, implementation, evaluation and maintenance of staff education and training needs.
Associate college degree or equivalent
AAHAM or NAHAM certification
At least five years of experience in the admitting business office with at least two years of experience in a lead role
