Midwest territory including the following states: NE, ND, SD, CO and KS. The consultant would ideally live in one of these territory states.
In this role, you will…
Provide patient safety and risk consultations for all lines of business.
Conduct risk assessments and provide guidance and recommendations to promote safe patient care.
Develop relationships that will strengthen ties with customers or prospects.
Identify ways to assist team members to address customer specific risk management needs, supporting the development of new and existing business by engaging with customers and team members.
Identify ways to leverage risk expertise & industry knowledge to provide a marketing advantage.
Provide content for new and ongoing risk management informational products and presents educational programs.
Organize, plan and execute on-site (or phone) reviews of customers / prospects.
Be able and willing to quickly grasp new concepts and learn new tasks.
Take on other duties as assigned.
We are looking for candidates with…
Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (required).
Master's degree in Nursing (preferred).
10+ years experience in a clinical nursing area with risk management experience.
CPHRM designation (preferred).
Quality Training (is a plus).
