The Risk Manager is responsible for the risk management activities at both the facility and practice locations, which includes administering the risk management program on a day-to-day basis, managing and analyzing risk management data, investigating and reporting potentially compensable events, conducting risk management educational programs, providing risk related advice and recommendations, and complying with risk management related standards, all with the objective of controlling and minimizing loss to protect the assets of the LVHN. This individual is responsible for reviewing and formulating policy or operational changes and making recommendations to the Administrator, Risk Management.
Bachelor’s Degree with a major in Nursing or related field and subsequent licensure in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
