Assistant Investigator (Faculty Member)
The Stowers Institute for Medical Research invites innovative early career scientists in the Life Sciences to apply for an Assistant Investigator position in 2022. Research programs of interest include, but are not limited to biochemistry, biophysics, genetics, neuroscience, cell biology, genomics, epigenetics, evolution, quantitative biology, and synthetic biology. Our interests run the gamut of experimental organisms and approaches. The successful candidate is expected to develop a groundbreaking, innovative, and independent research program and will benefit from and complement the Institute’s existing strengths in genetics, developmental/regenerative biology, evolution, biochemistry, and neuroscience.
