Undergraduate Nursing Faculty and I-CAN Program Director
  Primary responsibilities of this faculty position include leadership of  a statewide community-based clinical program  entitled the Interprofessional Care Access Network (I-CAN), including educational, practice, and research activities; collaborate with  OHSU Care Management programs as part of the Collaborative Advocacy through Community Healthcare (CATCH) initiative; teaching in the Portland Undergraduate Program. Specific responsibilities include:   I-CAN Program Director (0.20 FTE) providing statewide leadership, coordination, and communication with faculty,  academic collaborators in OHSU health professions schools, and I-CAN partners in the community across the state   Partner  with  the OHSU Care Management t
