ELECTRIC SERVICE TECHNICIAN
DEFINITION:  This position is responsible for responding to emergency calls and customer requests for service; supervises and participates in the installation, operation and maintenance of the electric distribution system while energized at primary and secondary voltages. REPORTS TO:  The Electric Distribution Supervisor assigns work in terms of general instructions   Knowledge of electric line construction, operation and maintenance practices, and the    installation, operation and maintenance of electric facilities. •   Knowledge of safety rules, practices, methods, tools, equipment, and materials used    in electric line construction and maintenance. •   Knowledge of hand tools, test equipment, and small
