Performance Improvement Specialist - LIFE at St. Francis Riverfront
The Performance Improvement Specialist is responsible for day-to-day quality issues, ongoing data collection, and tracking and analysis to identify performance trends, significant results, opportunities for improvement, measurable goal setting, and monitoring the effectiveness of change. Please note:  This position is not remote and will be housed in Wilmington, Delaware. The position also supports the Quality and Compliance Director in the collection and analysis of data to identify areas for improvement and maintains a working knowledge of applicable Federal, State, and local laws and regulations. Additional duties will include the following: Develop and implement internal audit tools for compliance of clinical processes, utilization, and documentation.
