Roles and Responsibilities: Assists with the development and prioritization of NJ TRANSIT’s Capital Program, which includes items and associated presentation and support materials for NJ TRANSIT Board of Directors. Responds to capital budget and project inquiries from NJ TRANSIT personnel and outside agencies or entities. Assists with development of 5-year Capital Investment Strategy (CIS) and other long-range capital planning documents. Aid in determining funding needs by project and/or program according to proposed project timeline and annual budget breakdown. Assists with calculating the amount of capital funding available to start new capital projects based on current funding available, current and future funding need
