Our facility is a 66-bed acute care facility that is currently operating as a 25 bed critical access hospital. We offer a full range of inpatient and outpatient services and diagnostic procedures. The medical staff is made up of over 100 physicians representing over 30 medical specialties.

Position Summary/Requirements: Director will work collaboratively with leadership, physicians, risk management, nursing and pharmacy to develop and implement a best-in-class hospital’s quality and safety program and to ensure regulatory compliance and accreditation.
Primarily responsible for auditing and monitoring functions of the organization’s compliance plan. Responsible for the oversight of the following:
- QAPI/Patient Safety.
- Risk Management/Grievances
- Accreditation (TJC)
- Regulatory Compliance (CDPH, CMS)
- Infection Prevention
- Stroke/Trauma/Sepsis
- Monthly QAPI/Pt Safety Meeting (Chair)
- Quarterly Quality & Patient Satisfaction Committee (Co-chair with Board Members & Patient Experience Director)
Required: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. Current RN CA nursing license. Minimum of 5-7 years nursing experience with at least 3 years of experience as a manager in an acute care hospital.
