Mead & Hunt, Inc., a nationally recognized professional services consulting firm, has a position available for a construction manager in our aviation group. Responsibilities include:
Leading construction administration activities for aviation construction projects in accordance with the project contract and schedule conducting daily construction inspections
Mentoring project staff; monitoring construction activities
Performing contract administration tasks
Monitoring contractor schedules
Establishing and maintaining relationships with clients
Travel to construction sites is an essential function of this position; a valid driver’s license is required. Extended hours and overnight stays will be required.
Qualifications
The successful candidate must have a combination of education and/or experience totaling eight years of relevant experience. Any of the following is acceptable:
Bachelor’s degree in construction management, civil engineering, or related discipline plus four years of experience
Associate degree in construction management, civil engineering, or related field plus six years of experience
No degree plus eight years of experience
The ideal candidate will have experience with any/all of the following:
Large project construction management
Client interaction and communications
Developing project documentation files using MS Office
Airport development projects

Salary Range: $80,000 - $120,000 – Actual compensation may vary due to other factors such as: experience, skill set or location.
