The Clinical Research and Content Specialist is a Master’s level mental health provider looking to apply their care delivery experience in a new way - integrating their clinical and evidence-based knowledge and skills into the creation of best in class mental health education products. They should be a highly organized and proactive individual who is adept at analyzing clinical research and generating comprehensive reports to support Psych Hub's mission of evidence-based mental health education. The focus of this role will be supporting the clinical integrity of Psych Hub products.
Reporting to the Clinical Director, the Clinical Research and Content Specialist has the following responsibilities:
Conduct systematic reviews of clinical literature for the development of Psych Hub products
Write clinical research review reports, including analysis and appraisal of published articles, to guide clinical integrity of courses and other Psych Hub product development
Supporting product clinical integrity by sourcing applicable research to build and maintain a clinical resource library
Communicate project status to supervisor and escalate issues in a timely manner.
Analyzing, interpreting, reporting and presenting findings on data
Apply internal quality standards, evidence-based practice, industry best practice, and clinical expertise to ensure the clinical integrity of Psych Hub products. In addition to literature reviews, can also include QA or Psych Hub products.
Acting as a clinical subject matter expert for other initiatives as needed
Support Continuing Education Specialist provider initiatives including course and board application and recertification processes as needed

Qualifications:
Master’s degree in a mental health discipline, clinical license preferred
5 years work experience in a research or clinical role, including:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in medical/technical writing and
Minimum 3 years post-grad care delivery in a mental health care environment
Strong interpersonal skills for frequent collaboration between creative, product and marketing teams
Strong research analytical skills including the ability to find, interpret and evaluate clinical research and draw insightful conclusions
Experience synthesizing clinical research reviews into concise comprehensive reports
Discern the quality and clinical applicability of each paper, based on study design and other epidemiological principles, for the topic
Experience using clinical research databases for literature reviews
Excellent organizational, writing, communication, and time management skills are needed to manage multiple ongoing projects in a fast-paced and growing environment
Possesses broad and deep knowledge of mental and behavioral health conditions, treatment, and care
Superior working knowledge of software programs in a Windows environment with excellent proficiency in word processing, flow diagrams, and spreadsheets
Knowledge of medical terminology
Excellent writing skills with demonstrated ability in business, technical, and creative writing
Must have strong technology skills – proficient in Google Workspace, online navigation tools and databases, Microsoft Office
Ability to interact with subject matter experts, vendors, contractors, and peers as part of an interdisciplinary team
Knowledge of principles and practices of adult learning methodologies and eLearning a plus
