Research Scientist, Plant Transformation Technology
NAPIGEN, Inc. is seeking a goal-oriented Research Scientist with demonstrated accomplishment in the fields of plant tissue culture and plant transformation technology to work at our Wilmington, Delaware location. The successful candidate will apply and develop tissue culture and transformation processes supporting mitochondrial gene editing in important agronomic crop plants. Roles and Responsibilities: Implements and develops new protocols to serve changing needs of R&D targets. Uses knowledge in subject area to interpret success level and outcome of various approaches for the team. Trains and supervises Associate Scientists to support projects.
