POSITION PURPOSE: Responsible for overall coordination of MCW Dept of Anesthesiology Quality and Safety program activities. Primary accountability for coordination and implementation of Quality Improvement (QI) and Performance Improvement (PI) initiatives in support of superior healthcare quality, safety, and operational outcomes. Provision of consultation and support to multi-disciplinary performance improvement teams in order to accomplish measurable process improvements. Consistently utilizes performance improvement methodology, tools and techniques in a clinical environment in order to achieve institutional goals.
