The role you’ll contribute:
Regional Policy System Coordinator / Administrative Assistant for AdventHealth Great Lakes Region (GLR) is responsible for the overall migration of policies into the new policy software tool and to maintain the software tool once implemented. Additional administrative responsibilities and support as assigned. This role requires experience in organization and communication skills. This position assures a smooth flow of information and programs between Operations Quality Improvement and other hospital departments

- Assure system parameters appropriately notify policy owners when policy review required • Assists policy owners in assuring policy integrity and obtaining appropriate levels of review/approval
- Assists policy owners in uploading new/revised policies in the policy software
- Retires old policies
- Monitors policy management system audit trails and pending overdue tasks. Tracks status of documents in process, notifying appropriate leadership
- Coordinates initial and ongoing education of the policy management system
- Disseminates information as directed
- Assists Operations Quality Improvement leadership with administrative duties and solving administrative problems as requested, handling matters in an efficient, professional, and tactful manner
- Schedule and coordinate meetings, takes and records minutes, and assures appropriate follow-up.
- Special projects as assigned

QualificationsThe expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed:
- High School Grad or Equiv and 2+ years’ experience
