The Department of Population Health Sciences (DPHS) within the Geisinger Research Institute is growing and seeks to recruit a Health Services Researcher or Health Economist faculty member. The DPHS is embedded in the Geisinger health system, a large integrated health system in Pennsylvania, and the Geisinger Commonwealth School of Medicine. DPHS faculty includes epidemiologists, biostatisticians, behavior scientists, health economists, and clinician researchers. Faculty have access to vast data resources, including longitudinal electronic medical record (EMR) data spanning more than 25 years, claims, genomic, and environmental data.
