Position Summary The Recruiter is responsible for coordinating and delivering the recruitment efforts for the Company. The position oversees the entire recruiting cycle and works directly with hiring managers with minimal supervision. Responsible for screening resumes and possess considerable skill in interviewing techniques to identify qualified candidates. A good knowledge of all technical functions in the Company in order to partner with hiring managers.
