Chief Quality Officer
Chief Quality Officer POSITION PURPOSE: Under direction of the State Medicaid Director, the Chief Quality Officer (CQO) has oversight and responsibility for planning, administration, monitoring and reporting of all quality management, regulatory requirements and quality improvement processes, including utilization management for the Oklahoma Medicaid program. The CQO will be responsible for the initiation and development of a comprehensive quality/performance improvement program. In collaboration with agency leadership, the data governance team and other agency units, the CQO directs and coordinates quality/performance improvement initiatives within the agency.
