Maestro Food Co. dba Tovala seeks a Senior Quality Engineer in Chicago, IL.

Duties:
-Negotiate and enforce pricing and quality with Tovala’s manufacturers. Reconcile and approve up to $300k/week in invoices.
- Maintain databases of quality issues from multiple data sources. Track trends and flag issues.
- Oversee warehouse organization and inventory tracking in Tovala’s returns warehouse.
- Monitor QA/QC reports from ongoing builds.
- Identify quality projects and execute them, including defining work for other engineers on the team.
- Test returned Tovala Ovens to determine root cause of failure, designing the intervention needed, communicating it to manufacturing partners, then overseeing the change.
- Communicate with vendors in China and elsewhere during their business hours.

Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering or related field.

Must have 6 years work combined electrical engineering and quality engineering experience.

Full-time.
