The Division of Genetic and Genomic Medicine, Department of Pediatrics, UCI School of Medicine seeks to hire a full-time Board Certified Genetic Counselor to join our clinical and academic faculty of ten clinical geneticists and seven genetic counselors. The Division provides outpatient care and inpatient consultation services to a diverse patient population in the prenatal, cancer, pediatric, metabolic and adult genetics clinics at the University of California, Irvine Medical Center and our affiliated hospitals. Division faculty members also participate in didactic and clinical training of genetic counseling students, genetics residents, medical students, and other trainees, provide community outreach, and are actively involved in both clinical and basic science research.
