Director of Quality Improvement
AHCA/NCAL is seeking a Director of Quality Improvement to improve lives by delivering solutions for quality care by developing and leading quality programs and initiatives for assisted living. The position communicates the value of AHCA/NCAL programs and participation to members and stakeholders. Duties & Responsibilities: Develops a variety of tools, resources, and programs, to consistently improve the quality of care and services delivered to assisted living residents nationwide. Assists the Quality Award Department to increase assisted living participation in programs. Works with LTC Trend Tracker Team as lead for data collection in assisted living.
