- Professional with a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a field related to public health, community health, social work, or similar field, with a demonstrated work experience managing small to large-scale projects. Stratis Health values multiple pathways toward attaining professional experience and education. Candidates are encouraged to describe equivalent experiences in lieu of educational attainment, including demonstrated leadership successes, progressive leadership roles, content expertise, and thought leadership, as well as relevant experiential learning. Individuals with lived experience in the priority program areas or experience as a peer service provider are encouraged to apply.
- Successful project manager with demonstrated experience managing small to large-scale projects.
- Quality improvement educator, trainer, convenor, and facilitator.
- Skilled at building and maintaining relationships.
- Really good at communication, both verbal and written.
- Experienced with technical and/or proposal writing.
- Focused with a desire to both drive and execute projects.
- Able to find joy in problem-solving/pivoting/finding solutions.
- Able to synthesize information and concepts and use storytelling to impart messages and knowledge.
- Adaptable and comfortable with change and ambiguity.

As well as…
- Have experience working within rural health and/or population health.
- Have an agile mindset, extra points if you have experience or working knowledge of Agile Implementation or Implementation Science.
- Working knowledge of basic statistics and evaluation methodologies.
- Understand the importance of being able to match appropriate tools, methods, or technological solutions to the problem at hand.
- Are comfortable accepting a position that may require some travel, including occasional overnight stays (when we are in a safe post-COVID environment).
