Surgery Research Scientist in Lake Success, NY
Northwell Health is seeking a fulltime Research Scientist to join the Surgery Academics & Research Department. The Research Scientist is responsible for utilizing established methods, techniques, and procedures in the performance of standard scientific research while performing quantitative and qualitative data analysis and interpretation as part of a research team. The ideal candidate would be an MD, PhD or have an advanced science degree. Three or more years of research experience is required. Previous experience in writing IRB protocols, industry funded research and conducting clinical trials. Experience in Ex-Vivo bovine large bowel ESD (Endoscopic Submucosal Dissection) research training model. Knowledge of statistics and experience in SPSS
