The role you’ll contribute:
The Data Coordinator reports to the Professional Development Coordinator and is responsible for coordination of data related to hospital metrics as well as all aspects of data collection related to the journey to Magnet® excellence. This position carries out critical program activities which include data preparation and analysis to support quality initiatives; program process improvement; metrics for Magnet® recognition; regulatory and accreditation requirements; and nursing research. This includes, but is not limited to, the design and implementation of computerized data collection systems, data trending, and analysis.

The expertise and experience you’ll need to succeed:
Associates Degree in Business, IT, Accounting, Finance, or related field
Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word
Bachelors Degree in Business, IT, Accounting, Finance, or related field
Experience with data entry into National Database of Nursing Quality Indicators
Prior experience with data collection and analysis
