The Director, Clinical Risk Management, reporting directly to the Vice President, Litigation & Enterprise Risk Management, will manage the risk management program on a day-to-day basis and supervise the Clinical Risk Managers.  Essential Functions include: Deliver risk mitigation advice and recommendations to all levels of clinical colleagues in response to adverse clinical outcomes and events resulting in visitor injury or in regard to clinical and hospital operations. Ensure investigation of events involving actual or potential injury to patients or visitors.
